Our Story

Hand picked in Mexico.

Our owner goes directly to the distilleries in Mexico and hand picks some of the tequila on our shelf herself.

Maria Gomez, Owner

A passion that goes beyond the bottle.

My name is Maria Gomez, and tequila has become a passion of mine that goes far beyond what’s in the bottle.

I travel to Mexico to visit different distilleries, learn about the tequila making process, and connect with the people behind the craft. Sometimes I have the opportunity to meet the master distillers and handpick specific tequilas for my store.

My goal is to bring my customers something special by selecting tequilas I truly believe in. I focus on quality, craftsmanship, and additive free tequila, always looking for bottles that offer something unique and that my customers will enjoy.

For me, it’s about more than selling tequila. It’s about understanding its roots, appreciating the hard work and tradition behind every bottle, and sharing that knowledge and passion with my customers. Every bottle has a story, and I love being able to share that story one pour at a time.

At the Distillery

She goes to the source.

Our owner travels directly to the distilleries in Mexico and tastes the tequila where it is made.

Then she hand picks the bottles herself. Every trip is a chance to learn more and to find the best of what is out there.

That is why the tequila shelf on Bank Lane looks the way it does, with bottles she chose in person.
